Blake Lively strikes a pose before presenting the award for Most Anticipated Movie during Spike TV’s “Scream 2010″ Awards at LA’s Greek Theatre on Saturday (October 16).
The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress presented the award to her co-star Ryan Reynolds for their upcoming superhero movie, Green Lantern.
Blake wore a beige body suit, beige long silk skirt, caramel leather harness, crystal and pearl insect brooch, and natural studded leather and metal sandals — all from Lanvin.
