Blake Lively: Scream Awards with Ryan Reynolds!
Blake Lively strikes a pose before presenting the award for Most Anticipated Movie during Spike TV’s “Scream 2010″ Awards at LA’s Greek Theatre on Saturday (October 16).
The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress presented the award to her co-star Ryan Reynolds for their upcoming superhero movie, Green Lantern.
Blake wore a beige body suit, beige long silk skirt, caramel leather harness, crystal and pearl insect brooch, and natural studded leather and metal sandals — all from Lanvin.
FYI: Blake is pictured below with her two half-sisters, Lori and Robyn. Both actresses as well!

The 23-year-old actress was “really sweet,” according to fellow restaurant visitors. Both Blake and Ryan posed for photos with fans!
Recently, Blake made an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman where she recalled being sent to ‘Disney jail’ when she was a kid.
Looks like the Disney police let Blake back into their parks!

How Cozy Did Blake Lively and Ryan Gosling Get?
The comments were totally torn, half of you thinking they are the perfect blonde duo, the other fuming that B.L. might not still be with her Gossip Girl costar, Penn Badgley.
Well, here’s the scoop:
Looks like this couple is too pretty to be true.
While Lively’s rep wouldn’t comment, she did tell our bitchy bro’s at Gossip Cop that Penn and Blake are still very much together, noting there were 15 people at Disneyland with them.
Hmm, not so much in the late-night photos—but we’ll bite.
We’re a fan of Penn and Blake together too. Plus it keeps our beloved Ry-Ry on the market!
Still, we could so see these two hooking up at some point in the future. Especially if they make the rounds during awards season for Gosling and Lively’s respected flicks Blue Valentine and The Town.
So, you all happy or sad Blosling isn’t happening (for now)?

Blake Lively Has the Key to the Cure
Blake Lively leaves a photo shoot wearing a “Key to the Cure” shirt from Saks Fifth Avenue on Friday (October 15) in New York’s East Side neighborhood.
In recognition of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Saks had Donna Karan design the “Key to the Cure” shirt. 100% of the proceeds from each shirt sold will be donated to women cancer charities.
Last week, Blake stopped on the street to play with a dog and then photographed it with her new camera.
FYI: Blake is wearing a Madewell cardigan.

According to my source, Jenny's same-dress (and in one photo, she's wearing a mask!) masquerade is all part of Juliet's (Katie Cassidy) master plan to take down Serena. Yeah, in case you haven't figured it out yet, Juliet is out for some cold hard revenge, and I'm told she'll end up recruiting not-so-little-anymore Jenny Humphrey—and another major character—in her grand scheme.
Any guesses on who that other character is? I'm all ears...
Oh, and one final thought. Remember the last time Jenny wore a mask and people thought she was Serena? The masquerade ball in season one? Nate kissed her. Good times.
The next episode of Gossip Girl airs this Monday on the CW.

Blake Lively Turns Pup Photographer
Showing some love to a canine fan, Blake Lively was spotted out in New York City earlier today (October 6).
The “Gossip Girl” babe posed for pictures with a Rottweiler pooch, and even took some of her own. She also snapped a few shots with a passing female fan.
“We were doing this scene in a real bar in Charlestown. And Ben [Affleck, director and star] went and filled it with real ex-cons – which I didn’t know! That was until they started telling me, ‘Oh yeah, yeah. I was in prison, and I just got out two months ago.’”

Blake & Taylor Are Spotted Wearing The Same Dress On The Gossip Girl Set!
Get ready for some serious drama — it looks like there’s going to be a masquerade mixup between the two blondes!
Am I the only one who’s going through deja vu? Not only is there going to be another masquerade ball on Gossip Girl — the first time we saw a masked party was in season one, where Nate (Chace Crawford) confused Jenny (Taylor Momsen) for Serena (Blake Lively) and confessed his feelings for her — but the two blondes were spotted on set in the same exact blue Carolina Herrera gown in NYC, carrying the same exact mask!
While the ethereal gown was gorgeous, coincidences rarely happen on Gossip Girl so this sight can only mean we’re in store for some serious drama! Last season, Jenny realized she had feelings for Nate and manipulatively tried to steal him away from Serena — it looks like although little J went away, she’s back to her old antics showing up to a ball in the same exact get-up!

Couples Watch!
• Gossip Girl stars Penn Badgley and Blake Lively, shopping together at Bloomingdale's in downtown New York. Lively, who sported a black sundress, bought something in the lingerie department before the pair moved on through the store. Badgley followed his girlfriend as she led the way. "They were cute," an onlooker tells us.

The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress wore another Elie Saab number — a wine-colored tulle knee length dress with black lace detail. (She wore another Elie dress to The Late Show David Letterman earlier this week.) Blake finished off her look with Christian Louboutin shoes.
